Yves Bardèche is a Managing Director of Linkstone Capital. He has 22 years of investment banking experience in Europe and Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Linkstone Capital, he was a member of the Paris based Transaction Management Group (TMG) within HSBC CCF Investment Bank. In that capacity he participated in several corporate finance transactions and presentations for French corporate clients such as Bull or Altadis. Before becoming part of the TMG, Yves was a member of the emerging markets advisory group with specific responsibilities for valuations and financial modeling. He worked on acquisitions and privatisation advisory work in the telecoms, utilities and financial services sectors in Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. He is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Paris Dauphine University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
