Linkstone Capital was retained by Teylium Telecom in September 2008 to advise it on the sale of a majority stake in Intercel Holdings SA which owned 100% of Intercel Guinée, one of the country’s GSM operators.

Linkstone Capital advised Teylium on the design and management of a competitive auction process.

The company was acquired by Expresso Telecom part of the Sudatel Group in December 2010.
