Linkstone Capital was retained by MTN Group to advise it in its attempt to acquire a 35% stake in Tunisie Telecoms as part of its privatisation process.

Linkstone Capital worked in partnership with Societe Generale the french bank.

MTN's bid was unsuccessful.
