Linkstone Capital advised Access Telecom Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Teylium International Group in the acquisition from Orascom Telecom Holdings of an additional 17.68% stake in Loteny Telecom, the leading GSM operator in Côte d'lvoire.

Access Telecom Ltd thus gained majority control of the company with a 65.99% shareholding. In the same transaction, Atlantique Telecom, a regional mobile operator acquired directly from Oranscom Telecom Holdings a 34% stake in Loteny Telecom. Total consideration for the transaction was USD 53.1 millions.
